What strategies do you use to cope with negative feelings?

I first remove myself from the place or people that caused these feelings. Then I do my breathing exercises and count to ten breathing through my nose, this slows your heart rate down I meditate or pray or write it out in my journal that’s my best coping mechanism! Doing this gets rid of the negative feelings! Thank God!
