What part of your routine do you always try to skip if you can?
Eating breakfast when I first wake up in the morning. I have absolutely no appetite when I wake up! But my husband, (bless his heart) makes me my first cup of coffee and brings me a soy replacement shake because I’m diabetic so I don’t pass out from hyperglycemia (low-blood sugar). That’s the one I wish I could skip but can’t and I am blessed having such a loving caring husband in my life!
