Describe one simple thing you do that brings joy to your life.
Believe it or not the one thing that brings me joy is meditation to any of Sadhguru’s meditations! They are so powerful! They are in Hindi and I don’t know what they are saying but I feel amazing afterwards! I’m am so grateful for finding Sadhguru and his teachings because in a matter of weeks he changed my life what years of therapy couldn’t do! I look at myself and the world so differently.
I am finally feeling joy, happiness and peace in my life and am so grateful!
