How do you practice self-care?
I always make time for myself every day to meditate so that I’m centered for the day ahead of me! It helps me focus on what I need to do for the day! I have ADHD from hell so I have to meditate for my focus! I also have an app called any.do where I write down my plans for the day, and get started! I also take time to read every day about something I want to learn. I need to do this for myself so I can grow as a spiritual being and person! What do you do for your self care routine?
